Mica Eades Mayo is a +25-year veteran in the hi-tech industry.
She was drawn to the fast-paced growth, continuous change, and rapid innovation of the industry coming out of an MBA program at Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management in 1997. This was the early phase of the dot-com boom and so her entree as an early in career go-getter was at Sun Microsystems—the company then coined as ‘putting the dot in dot-com’. She held multiple Finance and Operations roles there and post-acquisition at Oracle Corporation in various parts of the enterprise, but she found her passion working with Field Sales and the Go-To-Market function. Principled in the networked computer philosophy, Mica continued her career ascend in Sales Finance and Operations roles with an ever-expanding charter at Juniper Networks from 2011 thru 2017.
January 2018, she moved to the born in the cloud, digital workflow company—ServiceNow—whose aim is to become the defining enterprise software company of the 21st century. September 2021, Mica took the helm of ServiceNow’s internal lead to cash digital transformation, a dream role for her as the VP Operations, Digital Innovation & Transformation.
