Robin Strup is Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Dataminr. She specializes in DEI management through a multidisciplinary lens that includes research and methods from sociology, psychology, neuroscience, political science, organizational behavior, education, and economics. With over 25 years of experience in DEI strategies and communications, Robin has partnered globally with corporate entities, government agencies, academic institutions, and nonprofits to enhance business practices and build systems that leverage human differences, increase organizational efficiency, and ensure employees feel valued, respected, and connected to their work.
An experienced DEI thought leader, Robin is a strategic planner with a strong background in neuroscience research with an emphasis on mitigating the subtle and insidious forms of bias that negatively impact business decisions and perpetuate barriers to building high-performing teams and nurturing positive relationships.
Robin prioritizes relationship-building and empathy to design effective, out-of-the-box strategies integrating DEI principles into organizational practices that are customized to the culture’s unique brand, mission, and goals. She is a graduate of Georgetown University’s acclaimed Executive Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management leadership program with a passion and expertise in leveraging behavioral science interventions to improve business outcomes.
